Job summary

INDICO, a digital technology subsidiary of Telkomsel, offers an internship in Risk Management and Internal Control. You will work with the finance team to support risk management, internal control design, and monitoring across business units.

You will help prepare materials, review policies, and assist in audit-related activities while developing strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, IT, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and updating company policies related to risk management and internal control.
• Support risk assessments related to financial statements to improve internal control frameworks.
• Help design, update, and monitor internal control structures (ELC, IT‑ELC, ITGC, TLC).
• Assist in gathering data for internal and external audit assessments related to control self‑assessment and ITGC.
• Support execution of internal control testing and documentation for audits.
• Prepare materials for socialization of Internal Control policies across units.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, IT, Information System, Accounting Information System, or Industrial Engineering
