• • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in risk management, audit, or compliance.
• • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills to assess risks accurately and interpret complex data.
• • Solid understanding of ERM principles, COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
• • Proficiency in creating risk reports, dashboards, and heat maps.
• • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• • Familiarity with risk‑management software and data‑analysis tools.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, engage stakeholders, and build relationships.
