Responsible To

• Analyzing booking patterns, market trends, and demand to predict future needs and generate forecasts.
• Monitoring competitor pricing and adjusting the hotel's own rates to remain competitive and profitable.
• Creating detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue performance, presenting findings to management.
• Working with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure pricing and promotional strategies align with overall financial goals.
• Making recommendations on how to manage room inventory and distribution channels to maximize revenue.
• Tracking performance against budget targets and identifying any obstacles to achieving goal

Qualification

• Min Diploma 3/Bachelor Degree of related major
• At least 1 year experience as Hotel Revenue Analyst
