Job summary

PT Cibadak Indah Sari Farm seeks a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing activities in stores and on social media, and to design and produce marketing materials such as labels, boxes, dress-up items, and brochures.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with printers, and oversee consumer interactions to deliver a stellar customer experience across all touchpoints, while supporting the sales team and reporting to the Supervisor Sales and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Software for graphics.
• Proficiency in basic office and productivity software.
• S1/D3 Degree form any Major
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English
• Ability to work well in team and work under pressure
• Willing to work making visits to stores in the Jabodetabek area when needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain marketing activities in STORES as well as on social media platforms
• Oversee and develop consumer interactions to ensure stellar customer experience across all touch-points
• Coordinate with Printers (supplier) to check on final products
• Design and production of marketing materials: product labels, boxes, supermarket dress-up material and promotional flyers
• Maintaining labels, boxes, and all promotional material inventory
• Coordinate with printers to check on final products
• Coordinate with sales team to track sales data, planning events, preparing reports under the Supervisor Sales and General Manager
