Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales or key account management, with a strong track record of success in modern trade channels.
  • Network: Possesses an established and active network with modern trade retailers, including minimarkets, supermarkets, and Abschreibung building material outlets.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with top retail chains and negotiate effectively to maximize business opportunities.
  • Business Development Skills: Demonstrated success in securing product listings, managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and driving category growth within modern trade.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities to influence stakeholders and support business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and seamlessly collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure business alignment.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across regions to manage accounts and strengthen partnerships.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
