Job Responsibilites:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business in a specific geographic region, by focusing on sell out performance to achieve the company’s target revenue, manage execution in every designation area.
- Maintain and manage Brand Consultant and Field Sales Generator.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth including product forecasting including competitor's activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributor, sales and retail architect & designer community.
- Develop a detailed plan to track progress (Permanent Journey Plan, Weekly and Monthly Report to management), do training and product knowledge to KBC, FSG and showrooms staff.
- Measure sales performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques (Power BI, E-collate, Excel, etc.).
- Reporting line : Direct Report Sr. Retail Manager
Must Have Requirements
- 3–6 years in channel/distributor or retail sales (sanitary, tiles, kitchen, lighting, water heater, or related home improvement categories).
- Proven track record of managing sell-out execution (not just sell-in).
- Experience handling modern trade (Mitra10, Depo, Ace) and traditional dealer networks.
- Team management exposure: supervising promoters, merchandisers, or showroom consultants (even small teams).
- Strong local dealer network in Medan & surrounding areas (Binjai, Deli Serdang, Pematangsiantar).
- Has managed 5–10 retail outlets or dealer accounts with consistent growth.
Preferred
- Familiar with reporting & forecasting tools (Excel advanced, Power BI preferred).
- Mix of hunter (open new doors) + farmer (develop existing dealers) mindset.
- Knows the top 20 sanitary dealers/showrooms in Medan.
