Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase equipment sales in Shop, Dept Store, and Wholesale
• Responsible for achievement of the store with set timeframes
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Manage and lead sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing activities including promotional campaigns, trade shows and other marketing events.
• Compile regular sales and marketing reports and present to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service.

Qualifications
