About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Retail HCBP Officer to join our Human Capital team. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing experiential HR operations across the ‘Indonesia Bagian Timur’ (Exclude Sumatera & Java), ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end HR processes that support business growth and employee engagement. As a true business partner, you will deliver integrated HR support from Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, HR Administration, and employee offboarding, to create a positive and efficient HR experience in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor HR operational activities across all retail locations in the East of Indonesia region.
  • Handle the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination. Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and fulfill manpower needs in a timely manner.
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen the experiential culture.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Provide consultation and support on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR program implementation.
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a hands‑on approach.
Willing to be placed in Makassar
