We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Retail HCBP Officer to join our Human Capital team. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing experiential HR operations across the ‘Indonesia Bagian Timur’ (Exclude Sumatera & Java), ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end HR processes that support business growth and employee engagement. As a true business partner, you will deliver integrated HR support from Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, HR Administration, and employee offboarding, to create a positive and efficient HR experience in retail operations.
