Role Description: This is a full‑time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves strategic communication with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and drive business growth.
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Role Summary: The incumbent is responsible to achieve retail turnover target by executing all retail commercial (sales) and marketing activities and maintain the sustainability of Legrand branding in retail coverage areas.

The Position: The Retail Sales Manager plays a key role in bringing that vision to life by leading our retail, clinician engagement, and e‑commerce strategy. This role is accountable for ensuring patients can access our Self‑Monitoring Blood Glucose (SMBG) portfolio through the right channels, at the right time, nationwide.
The Opportunity: As the face of our Diabetes Care commercial team, you will work across functions, teams, and ecosystems to create impact. You will lead a national team, build trusted retail and clinician partnerships, and ensure that our solutions reach those who need them most.
You will also bring strong commercial acumen and digital fluency to drive performance across traditional and emerging retail channels.
