Join Four Points by Sheraton Bekasi as a supervisor, overseeing team operations to ensure excellent guest service. You will play a key role in training staff, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards. Ideal for candidates with hospitality experience and strong leadership skills.
Ensure staff works together as a team to provide excellent service and meet guest needs. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and address any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors. Check storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness. Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and thank them sincerely.
Use clear and professional language when speaking with others. Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Ensure quality standards are met and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings.
Read and verify information in various formats. Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate narrow or elevated spaces, stairs, and ramps. Reach overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other duties as assigned.
