About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Service Leader to join our team at Pizza 4Ps Indonesia in our Central Jakarta location. As the Restaurant Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bussers
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and revenue tracking
  • Resolve customer complaints and address issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely food service
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the front-of-house team
  • Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant service leadership role
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience
