We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Outlet Manager with a strong background and experience in food and beverage to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.
- Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring consistency in service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Handles guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary.
- Aligns outlet operations with Hyatt’s corporate strategy and ensures brand standards are consistently applied.
- Maximizes team productivity through effective scheduling, multi-skilling, and motivation.
- Keeps up to date with market trends, guest preferences, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensures the outlet team maintains high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Works closely with kitchen, events, and other departments to deliver seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience as Outlet Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or restaurant.
- Strong background in working in a high-demand business environment.
- Strong leadership skills, able to train and develop team, and serve as a role model.
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Well-versed in working with Property Management Systems; experience with INFRASYS, HOTSOS, BIRCH STREET is a plus.
- Proven track record of working with timelines and targets.
- Highly conscientious and diligent.
- Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
