We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Outlet Manager with a strong background and experience in food and beverage to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

  • Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring consistency in service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Handles guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary.
  • Aligns outlet operations with Hyatt’s corporate strategy and ensures brand standards are consistently applied.
  • Maximizes team productivity through effective scheduling, multi-skilling, and motivation.
  • Keeps up to date with market trends, guest preferences, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensures the outlet team maintains high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Works closely with kitchen, events, and other departments to deliver seamless operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience as Outlet Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong background in working in a high-demand business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to train and develop team, and serve as a role model.
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
  • Well-versed in working with Property Management Systems; experience with INFRASYS, HOTSOS, BIRCH STREET is a plus.
  • Proven track record of working with timelines and targets.
  • Highly conscientious and diligent.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
