• Manage inventory, supplier relations, and cost controls
• Monitor and optimize operational budgets and profitability
• Resolve guest issues with a hands-on, solution-driven approach
• Work closely with the marketing team to support seasonal campaigns and social activations

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A passion for Western cuisine and experience-driven dining
• Familiarity with operations in lifestyle-oriented F&B concepts
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills and service‑first attitude
• Familiar with POS systems, restaurant tech, and inventory software
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bonus points if you have experience launching a new restaurant concept
