A leading restaurant company is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of operations to maximize profitability and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing operational reports, and training programs to enhance service quality. Candidates should have experience in restaurant management and be available for flexible working hours.
Supervise the functions of all employees within the outlet, facilities, sales, and all expenses to ensure the department’s maximum profitability is achieved
Perform control and analysis functions optimally
Maximize revenue and profit, achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction
Prepare reports directly and communicate with the Operational Manager
Provide assistance and functional guidance for outlet operations
Interact with individuals outside the outlet, including but not limited to clients, suppliers, government officials, competitors, and other members of the local community
Coordinate operational functions and activities with heads of other departments
Monitor compliance with regulations regarding health and safety standards, as well as other standardizations governing work methods
Recommend, develop, and implement training and development programs for outlet operations
Implement daily, weekly, and monthly operational outlet reports, and ensure follow-up actions are taken to achieve maximum quality and efficiency
