A leading restaurant chain in Lampung is seeking a Restaurant Manager to maintain product quality, achieve sales targets, and oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a quick-service restaurant. Strong planning, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Maintain good product quality with good service
Improve the skills, knowledge and behavior of all employees on an ongoing basis
Achieve agreed sales and profit targets for daily, weekly and monthly
Ensuring that all restaurant operations meet the standards of the principal and regulations of the government
Manage and ensure stock level and handle all service area in order to maxims sales
Minimum bachelor degree, preferable from Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Restaurant Manager/Leader in Quick Serve Resto
Understand about quality, inventory system and managing restaurant operations
Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment
Have a good strong drive and act initiative without being prompted
Have a good personality, communication and selling skill
