Siloam Hospitals Semanggi, part of Siloam Hospitals Group, seeks a physician to provide medical services for pre- and post-admission patients in a major cancer centre in Semanggi, Jakarta. You will perform initial assessments, follow specialist directives, manage life-saving procedures, and clearly communicate with patients and families.

You will document treatments, verify test results, and contribute to hospital quality and safety initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree from Doctor Profession.
• In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues.
• Accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and medical outcomes.
• Have minimum 5 years work experience in a hospital.

• Providing medical services to patients, both pre-hospitalization and during hospitalization, and delivering optimal health education to patients and their families to enhance the patients' quality of life.
• Performing initial patient assessment upon admission (at least once) according to the patient's condition in the Integrated Notes Form in SOAP format comprehensively.
• Executing instructions from specialist doctors or Direct Supervisors (as stated in the outpatient/inpatient referral letter from OPD/ED/OT/ward).
• Handling life-saving procedures and documenting them in the Medical Record, communicating with the Direct Supervisor, and explaining the patient's general condition to the patient or their family.
• Preparing medical records/patient status: Double-checking medication names, doses, administration methods on the Flow Sheet. Rechecking laboratory test results. Verifying Diagnostic Imaging results (Radiology, Ultrasound, CT Scan, etc.) by initialing with clear signature, name, date, and time of examination results.
• Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.
