Overview

About the role
UMI Resort is a luxury resort in Uluwatu, Bali, scheduled to open in May 2026. It features a nature inspired design luxury suites, and three-tiered infinity pools, situated just 200 meters from Uluwatu and Suluban beaches. We are seeking a Reservations Supervisor who has a true passion for impeccable service and is dedicated to ensuring every guest experiences absolute perfection and 110% satisfaction at every touchpoint of their journey with us.

This is a full-time position that will see you working closely with our guests to ensure their booking experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming reservation inquiries and requests via phone, email or online channels
  • Providing detailed information about room types, availability, rates and resort amenities to potential guests
  • Completing reservations and modifications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
  • Maintaining accurate records of all reservation activities and guest information
  • Responding to guest enquiries and resolving any booking-related issues
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell resort packages and services
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role within a 5-star hotel (pre-opening experience is an advantage)
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle guest queries effectively
  • Proficient in using reservation management systems and computer applications
  • Familiarity with the hotel industry, particularly the resort and tourism sector, is preferred
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential
  • Able to join immediately and committed to the pre-opening project
