Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Makassar is seeking a Reservation Manager to oversee daily operations and manage room inventory while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Hospitality, have at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrate strong skills in hotel PMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as assistant manager or 1 year in a managerial role at an international branded hotel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the reservation department.
• Manage daily reservation operations and maintain room inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer service in line with hotel standards.

Skills

Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar)

Fluency in spoken and written English

Strong interpersonal skills

Good problem solving skills

High competency in Microsoft Office

Education

The Reservation Manager involves managing daily reservation operations, maintaining room inventory and rate management and ensuring excellent customer service in line with the hotel's standards

Qualifications
