Qualifications

Join Dune Bali, where professionalism meets the ocean. We are looking for a Reservation Coordinator to join our dive center in Bali, Indonesia. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and enjoys helping guests plan and experience their dives seamlessly—from the first message to their final dive.

About the Role

As our Reservation Coordinator, you will manage guest communication and booking logistics while supporting the dive operations team. You will be the link between our guests and our crew, ensuring a smooth daily flow in the dive center.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle guest inquiries and bookings via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Manage and update daily dive schedules
  • Coordinate with instructors and guides for planning and logistics
  • Provide clear and accurate information about dives, courses, and packages
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and payment procedures
  • Maintain an organized reception area and booking system
  • Support shop sales when needed (merchandise, accessories, equipment)
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Able to multitask and remain calm during busy periodsDiving certification (Open Water or higher) is an advantage, or willingness to learn
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
