Now we are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Reseller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing our offline reseller network, ensuring a smooth sales process, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively scout for new outlets (New Outlet Opening/NOO) on competitor e‑commerce platforms and reach out with partnership proposals.
  • Follow up potential reseller leads and support them through the complete onboarding process.
  • Actively offer programs, promotions, and product updates to active resellers to drive sales.
  • Accurately input reseller orders and ensure all transaction data is complete and correct.
  • Act as liaison for finance team for invoice creation and coordinate with logistics to ensure goods are successfully delivered to resellers.
  • Conduct regular price audits across marketplaces and follow up on any pricing violations according to standard procedures.
  • Maintain, recap, and update the reseller database (store name, contact information, address, etc.).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for resellers, professionally handling all inquiries, complaints, and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience managing agents or resellers in the health care or beauty industry is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in communicating via digital chat platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, marketplace chats).
  • Proven ability to build and manage an online reseller database, ideally within the wellness & beauty sector.
  • Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and highly disciplined in meeting deadlines.
  • Target‑oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals.
  • Willing to work full‑time (Work From Office) at our office in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
