  • Conduct end to end in-depth research on Shopee and other services within Sea Group
  • Analyze consumer behaviors, preferences, and pain points using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Design and manage surveys and other research tools to capture market sentiment.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Build compelling research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience in market or user research (preferably in e-commerce/tech)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and statistical tools (SPSS or R)
  • Familiar with SQL and research/survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer)
  • Skilled in creating insight-driven presentations using PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, and able to identify emerging trends
  • Effective in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Willing to travel occasionally
