Develop and formulate new cosmetic and skincare products

Conduct laboratory trials, stability, and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and safety.

Research and evaluate new raw materials, active ingredients, and formulation technologies.

Improve and reformulate existing products for better efficiency, texture, and stability.

Work closely with marketing, production, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches.

Prepare documentation and technical data for BPOM submissions and internal records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation or R&D laboratory.

Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, emulsion systems, and formulation processes.

Familiarity with BPOM regulations, cosmetic GMP, and safety testing.

Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of independent research and experimentation.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
