Pt Prima Abadi Distribusi is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate with a focus on remote inventory control to support our Bekasi-area operations. The role emphasizes accurate data management, cycle counts, and proactive communication with on-site teams to ensure stock integrity and efficient warehouse processes. This fully remote position requires strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory control or related warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management software or WMS.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management for remote work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory data in WMS.
• Generate reports on stock aging, turnover, variance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments remotely.
• Communicate with on-site staff to resolve issues.
• Process orders and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with data entry and reporting.
