Keystone Compass is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant for US real estate clients. This full-time, work-from-home role follows a night shift aligned to US Pacific Time, with a salary that grows automatically up to Rp4,800,000 per month.

You will handle admin tasks, marketing content, and website/listing updates, while communicating daily in English from Indonesia. Requirements include reliable internet (≥10 Mbps), no concurrent jobs, and willingness to install Time Doctor.

Qualifications

• Fluent, professional-level English: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Reliable WiFi with upload and download speeds above 10 Mbps.
• Not currently in school, and not currently working any other job.
• Able to work office hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM WIB (US Pacific ~ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT).
• Willing to install Time Doctor during working hours.

What You'll Do

Support our US real estate clients with administrative, marketing and content tasks. This includes creating social media graphics and short videos, updating websites and listings, managing email and calendars, and doing research and data entry. You will communicate daily with US clients in English.

Salary & Growth

Automatic raise of Rp300,000 every 2 months, up to Rp4,800,000/month (reached in your first year)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Pacific Time.

Indonesia (WIB) is 15 hours ahead of US Pacific Time, so this is a night shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM WIB.

Requirements

1. Able to work our office hours consistently: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM WIB (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Pacific Time, 15 hours behind WIB).

2. Accept the salary package and raise schedule above.

3. Not currently in school, and not currently working any other job (full-time, part-time, freelance, remote or virtual).

4. Fluent, professional-level English: speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will communicate daily with US clients by email, chat and video call.

5. Reliable WiFi with upload and download speeds above 10 Mbps.

6. Work from home in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions and distractions from family and friends.

7. Willing to install Time Doctor on your computer during working hours.

8. Familiar with Canva, CapCut and/or WordPress.
