Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support the development of internship program initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Help create and update job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
