Job summary

RWS is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support Indonesian-language content evaluation from a remote, freelance setting. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a focus on quality assessment of AI outputs.

You will engage in brief voice interactions with AI models, follow scripts, and rate responses on relevance, accuracy, and clarity while providing structured feedback. Start date is immediate, with ongoing tasks at 10+ hours per week at a $5/hour rate.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Indonesian.
• English proficiency: fluent or advanced (B2–C2).
• Experience with data tasks, labeling or QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
