Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Financial Controller in Bekasi, West Java, ID to lead the accounting department and oversee financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and cost accounting. This senior role requires CPA, PSAK knowledge, and 8+ years in accounting with 3+ in a controller capacity, preferably in manufacturing or e‑commerce.

The role supports remote or hybrid work arrangements from Bekasi and collaborates with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• Minimum 8 years accounting experience, including 3+ years in a controller role.
• Strong cost accounting experience in manufacturing or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or SAP and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL and payroll.
• Develop internal controls to ensure reliable financial information.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per PSAK.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Refine cost accounting to track product costs and profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new accounting tech.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
