Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Remote Frontend Lead to guide our mobile development efforts using React Native. You will lead a team of frontend engineers, set technical direction, and mentor teammates while delivering high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications in a fully remote environment.

You will drive architecture, code quality, and performance, collaborating with product and design to align features with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React Native.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, performance optimization, and state management.
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively remotely.
