Job summary

TELUS Digital invites Indonesian freelance QA Raters to join a flexible, part-time, remote program evaluating search results and AI content for quality and usefulness. You will rate, provide feedback, and help improve AI models and search quality.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Indonesian and English, able to work independently with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, and have reliable internet and a computer. Training is provided; payment is per task at 5 USD/hour.

Qualifications

• Working as a freelancer with excellent communication skills in Indonesian & English.
• Resident in Indonesia for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills.
• Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection, smartphone, and personal computer.
• Demonstrated research capability through professional background OR strong track record of self-directed research and information verification
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• High level of creativity and logical skills with the ability to achieve consistent targets

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining high-quality work
