Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Proven leadership to motivate and manage a remote team.
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MES and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and output.
