Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or modern video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful 2D motion graphics and brand videos.
• Familiarity with modern motion workflows such as 3D tools (Blender/C4D), advanced rendering (Redshift/Octane), color grading (DaVinci Resolve), or web/app animations (Lottie/Rive).
• Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
• Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
• Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
• Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.

• Deliver high-quality motion content, modern video edits, and visual designs that are polished, on-brand, and on time.
• Collaborate with the design team to turn briefs into impactful motion concepts and visual strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex keyframe animations, video rendering/export issues, and layout optimizations across Adobe tools.
