Lever, Inc. is seeking a web-savvy evaluator to test and improve how search results respond to everyday queries. You will work from home in Indonesia, providing feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to help refine AI data used by major search engines and platforms.

The role is flexible, part-time (roughly 5–20 hours per week) with payments up to $4 per hour. No prior experience required; strong online research skills and cultural awareness of Indonesia are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently reside in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of popular culture in your locale (Indonesia).
• Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
• Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
• Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer as you surf the web.
• Must pass training modules and a required test created by our client before commencing work.
• Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Join RWS Group as an evaluator to enhance search engine results.
