Job summary

Productive Playhouse is seeking Indonesian-speaking evaluators to test and rate AI chatbots and language models. You'll interact with models, provide structured feedback on capability, safety, and usefulness, and deliver results per SOW.

This is a flexible, 100% remote contractor role with batch-based tasks and the freedom to choose workloads. Ideal candidates are fluent in Indonesian, proficient in English, and comfortable with written and voice conversations.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Indonesian (Indonesia) required.
• Strong English reading and writing skills; communication may be assessed.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfortable with written and voice-based conversations and sharp follow-ups.
• Own smartphone, computer, stable internet, and familiarity with web tools.
• Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment.
• Responsive communicator and able to start within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations.
• Interact with AI models to assess capabilities, safety, and helpfulness; provide insights.
• Submit deliverables (ratings, write-ups, screenshots, or recordings) as specified in each task.
