Job summary

Staffinc is seeking a Remote Sanitation Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sanitation training. You will conduct virtual sessions, update materials, and ensure adherence to hygiene standards across the organization.

The role requires strong instructional design skills, familiarity with e-learning tools, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives remotely. A background in public health or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably related to sanitation or hygiene.
• Strong knowledge of current sanitation practices, health and safety regulations.
• Excellent instructional design skills and proficiency with e-learning tools.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adapted for remote audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Background in public health, environmental services, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training modules on sanitation and hygiene.
• Deliver engaging trainings via online platforms to diverse groups.
• Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
