Job summary

Contracting Empire, an agency with a subsidiary in Indonesia, seeks a Google & Meta Ads Specialist. You will manage campaigns, coordinate access, and optimize performance while communicating with clients and maintaining transparent reporting.

You will work remotely with Bali meetups occasional. You should have 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads (Search) and Facebook/Meta Ads experience and be data-driven, innovation-focused, and client-oriented.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (especially Search) and Facebook/Meta Ads.
• Strong data-driven decision making and experimentation mindset.
• Ability to communicate with clients and provide video reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ad account access and permissions.
• Create and launch Google Search and Meta campaigns following our frameworks.
• Maintain and optimize campaigns using SOPs and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot and respond to client inquiries via email/CRM.
• Coordinate with the team and update project boards for visibility.
