You will work from anywhere, collaborating with a global exploration team. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Geology or related field, with 4+ years in geological data handling and experience with Leapfrog, ioGAS, and ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geology, Earth Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in geological data management, interpretation, and analysis.
• Proficiency with Leapfrog, ioGAS, ArcGIS, and database management systems.
• Strong understanding of geological concepts, mineral deposit models, and exploration techniques.
• Excellent data management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and validate geological data including drill logs, assay results, geophysical surveys, and mapping data.
• Implement and maintain data quality control procedures for geological databases.
• Perform preliminary geological interpretations of subsurface data to identify mineral prospectivity.
• Use Leapfrog, ioGAS, ArcGIS for data visualization and basic modeling.
• Prepare geological summaries, reports, and presentations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate remotely with senior geologists and exploration teams to support project objectives.
• Assist in generating exploration targets based on integrated geological and geochemical data.
• Maintain geological databases and ensure efficient data retrieval and sharing.
• Stay informed about new geological software and data management techniques.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues to maintain project timelines.
