Job summary

PU Prime, a leading global CFD broker, is expanding its Indonesian operations and seeks a Customer Support Executive. The role focuses on providing high-quality support to Indonesian clients via live chat, email, and phone while ensuring an excellent client experience.

The successful candidate will handle account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform queries with a strong emphasis on customer service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer support experience in Forex/CFD trading.
• Experience with Live Chat, Email, and Phone support.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work in shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via Live Chat, Email, Phone, and other communication channels.
• Assist clients with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform-related queries.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments.
• Provide accurate information regarding trading platforms, products, and company services.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
• Record and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and other teams to resolve client issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
