Cv. Tiga Bintang Sejahtera is seeking a Remote Delivery Driver Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations from anywhere. You will oversee dispatching, route planning, and performance monitoring to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

This role requires proven logistics coordination experience, proficiency with route optimization software, and excellent communication. You will work with drivers and customer service to provide clear instructions and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or a related field, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of route optimization software and fleet management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatching and scheduling for a fleet of delivery drivers across various regions.
• Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and delivery efficiency using tracking software.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and resolve issues in real-time.
• Analyze route performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver availability, and vehicle status.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery updates.
