Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (CA/CPA) desirable.
• 6+ years of experience in financial accounting with strong focus on financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of complex financial statements in PSAK/IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial data.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors; provide documentation and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices and apply them.
