Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor diamond drilling crews to ensure safe, efficient, and productive drilling operations.
• Coordinate daily drilling activities, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and drilling schedules to achieve targets.
• Monitor productivity, core recovery, and safety performance across drilling programs.
• Ensure sample integrity and compliance with geological and exploration requirements.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and site leadership to deliver quality drilling outcomes.
• Support workforce development through coaching and training.
