Job summary
Ruangguru For Business is seeking a Remote English Teacher for Young Learners to deliver fun, interactive online lessons to children aged 4–10, using songs, games and stories to spark early language skills. You will create a positive virtual classroom, adapt activities for different time zones, and communicate progress with parents.
A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and at least 2 years of ESL/EFL teaching experience are required, with reliable internet and a suitable home
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably ESL/EFL.
- Demonstrated ability to engage children online using interactive tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a nurturing personality.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace for this remote role.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic online English lessons for children aged 4-10.
- Utilize creative teaching methods, including songs, games, stories, and visual aids.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe virtual learning environment.
- Manage online classroom behavior and engagement effectively.
- Assess student progress through observation and simple interactive tasks.
