Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with emphasis on curriculum development, training or consulting.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate effective online learning experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with various digital collaboration and learning platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging online training modules and workshops for early childhood educators.
• Provide virtual consultation services to childcare centers, assisting with curriculum development and pedagogical strategies.
• Conduct virtual assessments of educational programs and provide constructive feedback and action plans.
• Research and recommend innovative teaching tools and methodologies for early learning environments.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to create resources and support materials for educators.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education research, policy, and best practices.
