Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist on a contractor basis to support a global project involving graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia production. You will evaluate AI-generated assets, provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, and help refine workflows using familiar tools like Figma, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in design fields, strong English communication, and proven experience in AI human-data work or data labeling.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX.
• Proficient with Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project guidelines.
• Preferably paid experience in AI human-data work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, and realism.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on outputs.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and criteria.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work remotely.
