Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognized institution and admission to the Indonesian Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or corporate law, preferably with an in-house focus.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate and regulatory laws.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures tailored to the company's business needs.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential legal vulnerabilities.
