Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional Blender-focused 3D artist experience.
• Proficiency in Blender for production: modeling, materials, lighting, and rendering (Cycles/EEVEE).
• Strong troubleshooting to identify topology, shading, and geometry issues.
• A computer that can run recording tools on Windows 11, Ubuntu, or macOS.
• English proficiency at least B2 with clear technical writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Author production-realistic Blender tasks with clear success criteria.
• Record expert demonstrations of tasks end-to-end using provided tools.
• Document workflow steps in a clear, reproducible manner.
• Define verification criteria and scoring rubrics for each task.
• Produce tasks ranging from single-tool actions to multi-step workflows.
• Review and quality-check others' work for realism and completeness.
• Adhere to project quality standards and avoid sharing sensitive data.
