The Role of an Account Executive is integral in developing relationships with assigned agencies to promote various products that help provide security and peace of mind to customers. You'll collaborate with Portfolio staff to enhance agency success with professionalism and dedication. Your proactive approach will ensure that any issues faced by agencies are quickly resolved, making you a key player in our mission to protect clients against life's uncertainties. This role requires a blend of customer engagement, product expertise, and strategic development to drive growth.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned agencies to promote Portfolio products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all concerns and issues related to assigned agencies.
  • Conduct presentations and reviews on Retro/Reinsurance for all assigned agency business.
  • Collaborate with management and Client Relations teams to foster account growth and success.
  • Monitor and manage assigned agencies’ performance metrics and trends.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately through the Business Development and Client Relations teams.
  • Accountable for annual production forecast expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an automotive sales-related environment.
  • Strong sales aptitude with proven problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
