Job summary

Indigo Research is seeking a 1:1 Program Lead to own the planning and execution of our online mentorship programs for high school students, including Explorer, Researcher, and Innovator tracks.

In a 100% virtual environment, you will supervise Operations staff, drive KPI-driven improvements, manage mentor-student journeys, and coordinate with Academic and Scientific Review Committees to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in education, mentoring, academic coaching, or youth development organizations.
• At least 2 years of experience directly overseeing teams.
• Familiarity with high school research, academic writing, citation standards, and the journal publication process.
• Knowledge of international education systems and US/UK college admissions (e.g., Common App, STEM supplements).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and learning systems/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mentor Operations Lead and Junior Operations Coordinator, ensuring target turnarounds and SOP adherence.
• Manage end-to-end mentor lifecycle, including KPI tracking, reviews, recertification, and escalation handling.
• Ensure stellar program experience across Explorer, Researcher, and Innovator tracks (12 to 50+ weeks).
• Coordinate with Academic and Scientific Review Committees to identify improvements and ensure compliance.
