Job summary

Working across multiple Banking and Financial Services product areas, you will combine commercial judgement with technical rigour to deliver positive customer outcomes. You will identify impacted customer populations, calculate compensation, and prepare accurate, well-documented remediation outputs. In addition, you will develop control reporting that provides ongoing visibility of risks and issues, while partnering with stakeholders across different product areas and seniority levels to understand product mechanics and translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear and actionable solutions. Leveraging SQL, Python, and AI tools where appropriate, you will explore data, automate analysis, and drive continuous improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of remediation processes.
