Senior HSE Officer - Offshore Operations (Remote Support)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HSE Officer to provide critical support for their offshore operations, working in a fully remote capacity. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment are maintained across all offshore activities, from a central support hub. You will play a key part in developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance, all while working from your preferred location. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to safety protocols in challenging environments without needing to be physically present offshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for offshore operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, identifying potential hazards and proposing mitigation measures.
• Investigate HSE incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to onshore and offshore personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
