Job Description

Position Name: Reliability & Efficiency Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor equipment reliability and conduct maintenance test activities to ensure the reliability of equipment performance is well maintained and recorded according to O&M Manual standard and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure.
  • Record maintenance inspection result and report to superior to ensure the completion of historical data on maintained equipment.
  • Record data field of plant equipment reliability according to O&M Manual to monitor the reliability & efficiency of power plant equipment.
  • Conduct field monitoring for maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plan and O&M Manual.
  • Conduct identification of root cause failure to be analyzed to avoid potential failure in the future of Power Plant equipment.
  • Assist in analyzing activities such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and lubrication analysis to support preparation of comprehensive maintenance plan to achieve company target.
  • Implement the K3LH regulation, procedures & working instructions and applicable Management System in Engineering Section in accordance with Company policy to achieve Company objective, Zero Accident & Zero Environmental Pollution and Power Plant operational target and quality standard.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Technical Senior High School graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Good knowledge in Coal Fired Power Plant process especially Mechanical parts and have experience in using predictive maintenance and measurement tools.
  • Certified of Vibration Analysis Level 1 is an advantage.
  • Good command in English both oral and written.
  • Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan.
Reliability Technician

Job Description

As a Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for executing reliability activities, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, based on the schedule or work orders assigned by the Team Leader. Your role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient production by maintaining high‑quality machine and equipment performance. You will also take immediate action during equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions, while strictly adhering to quality and safety standards.
